Spiritual Nature of Services
All sessions and guidance offered by Working With Forward Insight are spiritual and metaphysical in nature. They are not a replacement for licensed mental health, psychological, or medical care. -
Non-Clinical Scope
Lindsay Williams is not a licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider. The use of terms such as "counseling" refers solely to spiritual and ministerial support offered under metaphysical teachings and is protected under First Amendment religious freedoms. -
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. All decisions made during or after sessions are at the client’s sole discretion. -
Confidentiality
Client information and session details are kept private and confidential, except in circumstances where there is a risk of harm or as required by law. -
Cancellations & Deposits
Sessions must be prepaid. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits on high-value sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice. -
Scope of Use
No part of the guidance or documents provided by Working With Forward Insight may be recorded, reproduced, or shared without written permission. Services are for personal use and spiritual development only.
